Same trip to San Juan with my dad. On a rainy night we ran through the downpour looking for Furtivo, a hidden speakeasy, got completely lost, and found it by accident. Inside it was all pink blossoms, carved screens and shelves of curiosities, a world away from the storm outside.
Every corner of this colorful Puerto Rico jigsaw puzzle is different, which makes it one of the most relaxed builds in the shop.

About the area
San Juan's bar scene runs from the historic streets of Old San Juan to Santurce and Condado, with more than a few hidden spots tucked behind unmarked doors. Tropical showers roll through often but rarely last long, which keeps the island green year-round.
