What you’re getting
Every puzzle is printed to order in the USA on thick chipboard, finished in satin and packed in a rigid black box.

Not every photo is offered in every size. A photo only goes up to the size it can print sharply at, so some puzzles come in 500 or 252 pieces only.
Tall photos build upright, so their sizes read the other way around (for example 20 × 28 in). Those puzzles are marked on their pages.
Materials
- Thick chipboard pieces that interlock firmly, so you can lift finished sections.
- A satin finish, chosen over gloss for less glare under lamps and truer color.
- A rigid matte black box with the photo on the lid, gift-ready and sturdy enough to store.
How we choose photos
Not every good photo makes a good puzzle. Before a photo goes in the shop we check that it’s sharp enough to print at full size, that color and detail spread across the whole frame, and that there aren’t large flat areas that would make the puzzle frustrating. If a photo only works small, we offer it in a smaller size rather than stretching it.
Safety
Our puzzles are made for teens and adults. They contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3.
Caring for your puzzle
Wipe the pieces gently with a clean, dry microfiber cloth. If you want to keep a finished puzzle, a puzzle glue or a frame works well. We glue ours and keep them as a growing collection.

Is there a picture to work from?
Yes. The full photo is printed on the box lid.
Why don’t all puzzles come in 1000 pieces?
Each size is printed from my original photo. If a photo isn’t sharp enough to print well at a bigger size, I only offer it in the sizes where it looks its best.
How long until it arrives?
Each puzzle is printed to order in the USA, usually within 1–2 business days, then ships in about 2–5 business days.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. My print partner ships within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
What if it arrives damaged or a piece is missing?
Email me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and I’ll send a replacement at no cost.
Can I return it?
Each puzzle is made to order, so I can’t take change-of-mind returns. Damaged or misprinted puzzles are always replaced.
Is it a good gift?
Yes. It comes in a rigid black box with the photo on the lid, ready to wrap.
