This policy explains what personal information Jordan Ruckle Prints collects, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. If anything is unclear, email hello@jordanruckleprints.com.

Who we are

Jordan Ruckle Prints (“we,” “us”) is a small, owner-run shop selling photo jigsaw puzzles at jordanruckleprints.com. We are based in South Carolina, USA. Contact: hello@jordanruckleprints.com.

Information we collect

Information you give us

Order details: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number (if provided) and the items you buy.
Account details: if you create an account, your login details and order history.
Messages: anything you send us by email, including photos of a damaged order.
Reviews: if you leave a review, your name, what you write and any photos you add. If you tick the box at checkout, we send one email about 10 days after your order ships asking for a review.
New puzzle emails: if you sign up (on the site or at checkout), your email address. We only use it to tell you when a new puzzle is released, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

Information collected automatically

Device and usage data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, kept in standard server logs and by our security and caching tools.

Payment information

Payments are processed by WooPayments, powered by Stripe. Your card details go directly to the processor. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use your information

To process, print, ship and support your order
To send order confirmations, shipping updates and replies to your questions
To prevent fraud and keep the site secure
To meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations
To send marketing emails, only if you choose to sign up. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Puzzle emails

Signing up for new puzzle emails is optional and separate from buying. We ask you to confirm your address first, we only email when a new puzzle is released, and you can unsubscribe at any time from any email. Your address is stored in our website’s email tool (MailPoet) and is never sold or shared for anyone else’s marketing.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the shop, and only as needed:

Printify and its US print partner, which make and ship your puzzle (name, shipping address and order details)
Shipping carriers, to deliver your order
WooPayments / Stripe, to process payment and screen for fraud
Hostinger, our web host, and our email provider
Google Fonts, which serves the site’s typefaces and receives your IP address when pages load

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies

We use cookies that are needed for the shop to work: remembering your cart, keeping you signed in and completing checkout. Our payment processor also sets cookies to prevent fraud. We do not currently use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle replacements and meet tax and legal requirements (generally up to seven years). Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Security

The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to order data is limited to people who need it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, or opt out of its sale or sharing (which we do not do). To make a request, email hello@jordanruckleprints.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your data to perform our contract with you (your order), to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest in running a secure shop. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children’s privacy

The shop is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

International visitors

Our servers and service providers are located in the United States and other countries. By using the site, you understand your information may be processed in the US.

Do Not Track

The site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, because we do not track visitors across other websites.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
