The basics of buying from Jordan Ruckle Prints.

These terms apply when you use jordanruckleprints.com or buy from Jordan Ruckle Prints (“we,” “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order.
Products
Puzzles are printed to order from Jordan Ruckle’s photographs. Colors can vary slightly between screens and the printed puzzle, and piece shapes may differ from the images shown. Finished sizes are approximate.
Safety notice: Contains small parts and is not suitable for children under 3. Our puzzles are designed for teens and adults.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time, but not for an order you have already placed. Sales tax is added where required. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation. Payment is taken when you place your order.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product can’t be produced, a pricing error occurred or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you’ll receive a full refund.
Shipping and risk of loss
We currently ship within the United States. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier, but we will still help with lost or damaged shipments as described on our Shipping & returns page.
Returns and replacements
Because every puzzle is made to order, sales are final except as described on our Shipping & returns page, which is part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All photographs, text, graphics and the site design are owned by Jordan Ruckle or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. Buying a puzzle gives you the physical puzzle for personal use. It does not give you the right to copy, reproduce, resell or use the image for any other purpose.
Reviews and submissions
If you send us a review, photo or comment, you allow us to display and share it on the site and in our marketing, with credit where practical. Please don’t submit anything unlawful or that you don’t have the right to share.
Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, scrape it in bulk, interfere with other users, or use it for anything unlawful.
Third-party services
Payments, printing and shipping are handled by third parties, including WooPayments/Stripe, Printify and shipping carriers. Their own terms may also apply.
Disclaimer
Except as stated in these terms, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Indemnity
You agree to cover any claims or costs arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a concern, please email us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court. Otherwise, disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, together with our Privacy policy and Shipping & returns page, are the entire agreement between you and us about using the site and buying our products.
