Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with me. Each product sold on this website is produced specifically for the customer at the time an order is placed. Because my prints and puzzles are made-to-order, I do not accept returns or provide refunds except in limited circumstances described below.

No Returns or Refunds for Change of Mind

All products are custom produced upon order and therefore all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item, size, or format
  • Dissatisfaction with aesthetic preference (such as color tone, composition, or artistic style)
  • Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details carefully before completing a purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially misprinted, I will work with my production partner to provide a replacement at no additional cost.

To request a replacement, you must:

  1. Contact me within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number
  3. Provide clear photographs of the damaged or defective item and packaging

Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

If the issue is verified as a production defect or shipping damage, I will arrange for a replacement product of the same item to be produced and shipped to you. Refunds are not provided in these situations unless a replacement cannot be produced.

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, I will work with the carrier and the fulfillment partner to issue a replacement order.

Customers may be asked to verify their shipping address before a replacement is sent.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, I may offer to reship the order at the customer’s expense once the correct address is provided.

Order Cancellations

Because orders are sent to production quickly after purchase, orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact me immediately after placing your order. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
